Is it normal for the foreskin to stay in the default position over the head when!

Is it normal for the foreskin to stay in the default position over the head when erect...?

as in not come back by itself. I can pull it back but then it just falls back down over the head of the penis again, if its erect or not. Is this normal. When having sex will it still work ?. I have never seen a penis that has had the skin down when erect on any "films". Could you help me by answering this please ?

priapism isnt what i have. For your information my penis is between 7 and 8 inches when erect, measured correctly.

i have seen both types, ones where the forskin always pulls back narurally and those where is stays where it is, it doesn't affect a man's performance at all, the only reason i woud say go to the gp is if you find intercourse painful or you foreskin is very tight, as you may need circumcision, is you penis straight? if it is there's nothig to worry about, if it causes it to bend, this is a sign you need circumcision too
