Hormones out of/in control?

i cant help but have the urge to watch porn and whack off these days....i can go 4 times under 2 hours. I think its cuz i've been working out for a while now and my body is improving well. I dont usually like to whack off, but this is unstoppable. I'd just love to bury my thing in a warm and tight....uhhh...sorry about that. What do i do?
