Purple Testicular Marks?!

Purple Testicular Marks?

Has anyone ever experienced purple bruise looking marks on their testicles? Are not painful, or raised, but dark in color and large. I am puzzled as to what it could mean. Person has been std tested and is clear, and says the marks have been there for ages. Are however not a birthmark. Even though they are not concerned, I kind of am. Any insight will be appreciated.

First answer may of offered insight person has copious amounts of sex (multiple times a day) but often doesnt ejaculate and has said that for quite some time it has been difficult for them to *** - im thinking it really may be "blue balls" related to some form of ejaculation problem (either caused mentally or physically)

Okay, the street name is "blue balls" and usually occurs when you don't ejaculate often, or you get stopped right before you ejaculate. Just let your load go.. It sounds really blunt and stupid, but it's true.
