Is it normal for the foreskin to stay in the default position over the head when!

Question:

Is it normal for the foreskin to stay in the default position over the head when erect...?

as in not come back by itself. I can pull it back but then it just falls back down over the head of the penis again, if its erect or not. Is this normal. When having sex will it still work ?. I have never seen a penis that has had the skin down when erect on any "films". Could you help me by answering this please ?

(Im asking this question again not just in the UK section, because i feel the answers i got are not up to the standard that other users have gotten.)

You get the same audience silly, in all English speaking Yahoo! Answers sites. =P

Completely normal. =)

You just have a longer foreskin. As you mentioned you have no problems sliding it back yourself all the way, so there's no problem.

During sex it'll work as a foreskin should work. It'll slide up and down a bit to rub the head, and since it's already lubricated, it'll feel good. That's the gliding mechanism:

EDIT: It's not phimosis, since he said he can pull it back... if it was phimosis, I posted a reply here:

Even so, this place is mostly American, where most adults are circumcised (but fewer younger ones as rates are dropping)... hence your quality of your answers...
