What makes a man not be able to orgasm?!

Question:

What makes a man not be able to orgasm?

My husband is unable to have an orgasm regularly. He will have one very few times in the month. We have sexual intercourse more than 5 times a week. Is this unhealty and/or is there an underlying medical issue?

He is not bored, nor gay..We have a very active sex life. I believe it is a medical issue and he is very concerned. He does not want to go to the doctor about this, as most men do not. I was looking into some factors and they list steroids, hyper tension, which he takes medication for. He is only 35. Does this help? And I would appreciate only real answers, not idiot responses. Thanks.

We have a regular sex life, usually by his initation. He makes note that he does not ejaculate. Maybe I should have used that instead or orgasm? He does not have issues with performance, but he does have high stress, high blood pressure and works out and has for years. Anything more clarified?

He does ride mountain bikes. He complains about hitting himself on them. But he also tells me that he has not "***" during sex, which i try not to associate with me. He comes with oral stimulation or masterbation. Does this make a difference?

Answers:
