Is internet love real? or could it be real?

I can only give you my opinion as I've never done anything like it before. I think you can have the same interests and find that person funny or they sound caring and all that, but to actually fall "in love" with someone you need to spend time together without a computer screen and see what they are "really" like, I think over the net it may be just lust and fantasizing in your mind what that person will be like and what sort of things you could do together, you need to see them to feel that conection. I hope I made some sense here.
