Why cant I orgasim anymore when I masturbate?

Hi im 15 and I have been maturbating for a couple of months now. Recently I havent been able to orgasim anymore and i have no idea why this is happening. Ive tried different techquies and still been unsecssesful. Does anyone know whats wrong?
