My body is beat! What do you take for sore muscles?

i had a strenous workout yesterday.. my chest, shoulders are burning after lifting weights


Answers:

Drink lots of water.
Eat foods with fiber and Potassium, Iron, and Calcium.
Eat foods with protein, to help repair muscle faster.
And Drink caffeine drinks , but make sure you drink water with that after words.

The reason why your muscles are sore is because there are ripped muscle tissue and lactic acid is increased and it has chemical reactions to your muscles and neurons.
