Ab workout please?
Since no one really knew what I was talking about in my last question let me put it plain and simple. I am looking for an EXACT ab workout that I can do in my room when I DO NOT have any ab machines nor a stability ball. What are exercises I can do with my own body (like crunches).
When answering, please include the number of sets and number of reps I should do as well.

Okay, I do these sometimes it is good and Im pretty sure it works
1st- lay down (perfectly straight) Put your hands on your bottom under.
2nd- make sure your feet are like together like a stick
3rd- Next put your feet in the air and spell the alphabet's with your feet like A, B , C write it with your legs not hand
