How strong am I?!

How strong am I?

I'm a 16 year old rugby player and rower. I'm about 6 foot and weigh about 180lbs. I'm in pretty good shape and have just started a big summer weights programme for rugby. Today I benchpressed 50kg 15 times, how good is that? am I reasonably strong for my age and build?


Answers:

thats decent for starters and your age. cuz you done 15 reps. so you should be able lift about 80kg on a few reps.
