Penis problem "HIGH SCHOOL"?

Since freshment year 9th grade till now senior 12th grade. My penis hasn't grow!!!!!!! I got a lot taller and looks more like a man. But why hasn't my penis grow during those years? Is that mean it won't grow anymore?

it probably has grown but since you got bigger it looks smaller to you....if you know what i mean
