No, its not weird...what can someone say? They can't just walk up to someone and say, "Hey, your lips are BIG!"...now that would be weird.
Anywho, a person with big natural lips should be happy (male/female). Big lips are beautiful.
People should be proud of what they have...They shouldn't be ashamed of it, when they are depressed it only shows and thats when people begin to realize it.
BTW, Jay-z's lips suite him well.
