I've been watching my animals at my house and I find it good that they can clean their genitals with their tounge.
I would like to do the same thing however my body can't stretch like that.
How can I make it stretch like that?

Ew. What would you want to do that? In case you didn't know, animals have much stronger immune systems than humans, so it's not AS gross for them. Again, ew. But anyway, if you want to contort yourself like that, try gradual stretching exercises like yoga. Be careful though, you wouldn't want to break your back trying to lick yourself. Just take it easy at first and you will eventually be limber enough to reach your goal. The only problem is that, being a man, it will be harder for you to reach that level of flexibility. In general, women are more flexible than men.
