Hi i'm a 23 yr. male from india. and i have just only 48 kg. of weight. so plese help how can i increase my weight. i'm very slim. please advice me even is there any ayurvedic medicine then please give me it's name.

The american infatuation with fast food will fatten you up in days. The indian infatuation with sugar and oil should also work effectively.. so perhaps you have built up an immunity... which means... back away from sugar!

I don't know what you eat now but you could try to eat more carbohydrates and meat.
