How do you build your arms and chest without lifting weights?!

How do you build your arms and chest without lifting weights?

I don't access to a gym right now and was looking for a way to build my upper body.


Answers:

I know this sounds real obvious and clishe, but doing about 50 push-ups a day for a week will build and naturally sculpt not only your arms and chest, but it will also help you develope a strengthened core. Seriously, doing 2 sets of 25 a day or even less will give you nicely and naturally sculpted muscles. The reason that push-ups are so much more effective than weights is because weights focus specifically on one muscle and "maxing out" or doing higher weight combinations can make your muscles look unnormal, no matter how large. A couple sets of push-ups everyday'll give you a sculpted and naturally muscular look because they work all the large muscles and the smaller ones that are forgotten and unused when using weights.
