How many times a day do you have to masturbate for it to be classified as excessive masturbating?
i do it about once a day ill do it like 2 days in a row stop for a day but at the most once a day is this harmful or toooo much

I think it's only a "problem" if it interferes with your day to day actives, or if you get into, or are in, a relationship and that's the only way you can become aroused or "finish", or your never able to perform because your "spent" from pleasuring yourself.
I would think it excessive, if you have to do it all the time. Every time you have a bathroom break, or several times before bed...etc.
But once a day, I think that's actually pretty normal.
I have heard of guys doing that multiple times a day, usually 3 times or less, and suffering no ill effects.
At most, it's actually a relaxing activity for most people (guys and girls) and helps to relieve stress; especially before bed time.
