They? Does that mean the testicles hurt and are swollen? If so go to the ER now. Have a urinalysis done. The will likely also check for STDS, and UTIs. You may also need a scrotal ultrasound. Bilatral epididymitits is a potentially serious problems that needs prompt addition.
