Can I do dumbbell flys without a bench?!

Can I do dumbbell flys without a bench?

I don't have a weight bench but I want to start some sort of quick dumbbell workout routine. Can I do flys laying on the floor? What will the difference be in the outcome? Any other tips?


Answers:

You can do it on the floor. Just not as much and it'll take more time to get the wanted results. Yoga balls, back-less chairs, and the edge of your bed can work too.
