What muscles to push ups develop?!

What muscles to push ups develop?

i work out and i can do up to30 but muscles do push ups delop?


Answers:

Pectoralis major, primarily
(That is your big chest muscle)
Keep doing it - 30 every morning and night.
Then increase up to 40, to 45, to 50, to 60 and up

You could do some variations like wide hands, hands close together, feet up on couch, all of that works different fibers or different assistor muscles.
