It probably will not stop you from getting a vasectomy. I think the varicocele will slow the healing process, and make you more susceptible to infection.
The fact that you need a vasectomy is good news. Most men with varicocele are sterile anyway.
Perhaps the urologist can do the vasectomy at the same time as correcting your varicocele.
