Am I doing good with my excersises?!


Question:

Am I doing good with my excersises?

Im trying to get a very flat, and toned chest with a six pack, and abs. I weigh 120, but I have a little bit of flab, and Im 5'7. I do 4 sets of Pushups a day, with 25 in each, making a total of 100. I do 40 crunchs in a set of 4 too, making a total of 160. Am I doing good?


Answers:

The most important exercise to getting a hard, toned body is cardio. You can do crunches until you're blue in the face, but all your developed muscle will be hidden under a layer of fat if you don't do some from of cardio for at least 30 minutes, 3-4 days a week.
Running, hiking and swimming are great forms of exercise, and after doing them consistently for 20 minutes your body switches over from burning calories to fat. Without any type of cardio exercise in your exercise regiment, you wont burn any fat. You'll also feel better after working up a sweat. Good luck!
