I have a difficult time swallowing the Gakic pills, and I dislike the taste. Can I grind the pills and add them to a protein shake?
Answers:
Yes you can buy why not get Kyolic garlic tabs as they are odorless and don't have that nasty taste. Also try putting them in sauce first and swallowing the whole thing at once. You can also consider using garlic capsules.
