Stretch marks all over my hips.But I'm a dude?

My entire lower body pretty much doubled size during puberty.Now I have giant stretch marks all over my hips and butt.And I mean ALL over.it looks like I was assaulted by a rabid kitten with poisonous claws leaving bright purple slash marks everywhere.How do I get rid of em.I normally don't care that much about cosmetic things like this,but I can't even look at myself anymore.Not that I can see my own butt without a large mirror...

I'm not overweight and never was.I have always been skinny.And I can still eat whatever I want and not gain weight.
