White Dots On the sides of my Nob Area and some on foreskin?
i am 16, and never had sex.. so its problery not a STD.. Is this bad? and where should i go if i wanted to find out what it is?

If they're on the rim of the knob/glans/head of the penis, they sound like pearly penile papules, which are normal and harmless (they can't be spread).

The ones on your foreskin are just tiny sebaceous glands, on some guys they go up to the base all over the shaft. Those glands secrete natural oils to keep your penis from drying out. =)
