S Why is it?
I am 13, and I weigh 128 pounds (5' 4"). I wouldn't consider myself fat, or slim. My friend who is nearly 16 is like 135 (about 5' 6"), and he has some rolls. I know that muscle weighs twice as much as fat. Is that the case?
Answers:
i am 5'4" as an adult, and when i was 18-25, i weighed about 140, and had less than 5% bodyfat, so yes, that is your answer.
