Im 17 just got out of high school and weigh 170 i havent been in a gym class for a couple years, what r some ways to lose weight and how much is a person supposed to exersice a day?

If you walk/ run for twenty minutes a day, tihin a month you will be able to double your speed and endurance. Drink 8 cups of water a day, and when you're exercising, drink room temp. water. If you diet right and work out every day you'll see results within 2 weeks.
