i wanna workout for the summer im 5'8 120 pounds and i wanna work out for the summer i wanna get big biceps for school i have a gym right next to my house and im going to a summer camp... what are some ways to get my muscles big in 2 months... also what kind of vitamins would i need im 14

For your size and weight i can tell you are probably skinny. IF you are serious about it, hire a personal trainer to help. They are great, all you have to do is say you want to gain some weight and look big. After workouts eat alot of protein
