Muscle gain/weight loss?

Hey I', currently taking muscletech's leukic,nanox9,gakic,and hydroxycut. anyone familar with these? If so how long before I should see results? Should add some protein in the mix if so how much? I also work out a minimum four days a week

You are really serious, thats quite a cocktail you are brewing there...I am a personal trainer, (female) hope that does not turn you off, but I do know my stuff. I know guys that have been really successful divide up say,for 4 weeks, hydroxycut, then cut it and then 4 weeks, the balance. Your diet however has to really be strict (depending on how much mass you are trying to achieve. Chicken breast, tuna, eggs, some brown rice. Do you read Muscle Magizine, there are usually menu sections that will give you 1 week of meals and when to eat what. I could write a book here, your question is complex and technical, as putting on muscle is a science. Also, you have to test the waters, as to what you took and what you ate at a certain period of time and in those time frames what produced the greatest gain. You have to keep records of your workouts, food, and supplements. Hope this helped you some, I am sure you will get lots of different suggestions, as we all have different opinions on things.
