Stay away from the pull up undergarments that you find in most supermarkets and drug stores. If you have light leaking during the night, you might get away with a Depends guard. If you have moderate leaking, try the fitted briefs (diapers). If you have heavy leaking, try a brand like Molicare or Abena. You can search for them on google.
