I know "wet dreams" are common for guys, but what about girls?
Can girls have orgasms while they sleep the way guys do, and if so, does it happen when there is a lack of sexual release (as in guys)?
Answers:
The term " wet dream" is because you actually ejaculate and your sheets get wet. A woman can have an orgasm in her sleep if she is dreaming of having sex. But we don't ejaculate, so there won't be wet spot unless she pees in bed.
