Does body hair stop growing after 21 years?
I'm smooth so far. I have few traces of hair.
Will I grow chest hair later or is it late?

Some guys just don't have much hair. Those that do, like me, know that body hair never quits growing, keeps spreading up and over, down the back, in the ears, in the rear, in the nose, every damn place. You are lucky if you don't have any yet, and if you are fair haired, may not have any.
