Question:

'do' and 'dont' for me during puberty?

hi.
i'm 15yrs old this year
i need help about what i should do and should not do in order to grow taller
here are some info about my life
i slp late and wake up early
about 7hrs of sleep per day
i seldom eat breakfast
sometime skip lunch and eat instant noodle
always eat dinner
exercise by cycling
love to drink coke
seldom drink milk
hope you can give me some advice

Well drinking milk- it would help you build strong bones;its true :)
You should sleep more then 7 hrs, like lets say 9 hrs so that your body has more time to grow.
You could try having an egg a day as egg contains proteins that help build cells for your body and it repairs broken cells too!
Its scientifically proven that excercise stants growth, so I guess you can put excercise to the minimium; but you must excercise a bit to stay healthy, just don't push yourself!
Its good that you have meals but to me personally, eatting instant noodles doesn't stop growth alot :) just regulate and eat instant noodles a few times a week, etc.

Coke gives you ALOT of energy and if the energy is not used=it turns into fats. So I guess if you like to drink coke, drink it early in the morning or when you wake up so that your body has enough time to burn the extra sugar!

And the most important thing is to have a good family life and stay happy. Because if your not happy=You can't do all these :)
