i dont think youre measuring right...not that there is a 100% right way to measure your testicles...but even if there was I dont think its a half a centimeter....if you ARE going to measure you would start at the base of the penis and measure to the lowest part of the testicles...until you get an accurate measurement, we cant really answer the question...
if this is an acurate measurment, then yes it is a little small, but no there is nothing wrong with them...testicles are like penises...they come in every shape, size, and color...
