I want to gain weight wat should i do??

My weight is only 63kgs and my height is 5'10 wat should i do to gain more weight wat should i eat? should i go to gym. plz help thnx in advance

Whatever you do, don't load up on FATTY low-cal foods. You can gain healthy weight without eaten unhealthy foods.
