is it ok to have a soft pennis after ejaculation, is it supposed to stay soft until arousal , or thats a sign of bigger problem.
Or its caused by doing too much masturbation.

difficult question here... you have three or four questions thrown together.
First, the penis TYPICALLY goes soft after ejaculation. Some men work a little differently, but it is quite normal to go soft afterwards.
Arousal will normally make the penis go hard. Depending on your age and level of experience, the time that your experience an erection will vary.
Too much masterbation... that is considerably more difficult to answer. If you think you might be masterbating too much, cut back a little bit, and see if things get better.
