My penis has a mosquito bite?

i have a serious problem here,i always sleep with my boxers on and i live out in the country,but the problem is that something bit my side of penis.it hurts but what should i really do

I doubt it's a mosquito bite. It's probably either an ant bite, a flea bite, a spider bite, or the handywork of a centipede. If it gets bad, get to a doctor. If not... try not to scratch it too much. Put some aloe gel on it.
