The saying "your balls drop at puberty" is a complete myth. All you need to do is look down at yourself and you will see your testicles!
Testicles hang outside your body ever since you were born (when you were a very small baby, they were inside but dropped out in the first couple of weeks).
What that saying is referring to is the increased production of testosterone that starts puberty. Yet, your testicles will have "dropped" over a decade ago.
It is a crude saying and is not correct.
