Wrist and forearm workout how to incorporate into routines....?
If i my routine is like this eg. chest and triceps on monday biceps and back on wednesday shoulders and legs on friday with cardio and abs on tuesday and thursday with the week end as rest days is it possible to do wrist and forearm workouts with my chest and tris and shoulers and legs and biceps and back?

I think so. Mine are designed to go with my other workouts. On my first schedule I did it all one day. Now it's divided into body type, I believe I do wrist and forearm ones along with biceps.
