Generic Propecia, aka Finasteride has worked for me for the last four years. It was not affordable to order the name brand version in the states, so i order the generic version from http://www.4rx.net and get great results. It has helped the most in overall thickening my hair and filling in the crown area on the top of my head. Its not as effective at receding hairlines.
