Lil girl you are right... I am a med student and the reason is because the erection in the penis is cause by blood flow... Blood flow is at its best when it has oxygen. When you smoke you are not getting enough oxygen in the blood so when the smoking man tries to get a erection it is not a full one.
Good job on posting that. This is the truth. and i dont think it would affect the erection either because the penis is dependant on blood
