I want to lose some weight I need to badly and also should I dye my hair blonde, should I completely do it?

I want to dye my hair blonde since my eyebrows and beard have went blonde and I weight almost 300 pounds, it is killing me just sitting around and goofing away time!

You are expecting a lot from Yahoo answers.. First, get up and start doing some walking, doesn't have to be marathon distance just something, maybe to the end of the block and back. Do it again tomorrow, and the next day. Get a routine started that doesn't hurt and keep it up. As you get comfortable, increase the distance. You are not going to loose weight at first and it will never be a "Quick" method but it will be a start that you can add and build on as you begin to see a few pounds come off with your diet.
DIET, again, you don't have to starve, just take a look at what your currently eating and begin to cut out some of the crap food, no more scooter pies and bon-bons!!!! The best diets are the ones that we are able to live with and become a habit. As with the exercise, you can toughen it up as you go, but get started.
If the blond trick gets you moving then go for it
