How Can I Get Muscle Fast!?

school is over and i need a summer hobby. right now im 6 feet tall and 205 pounds. I have a belly and soe man titties. So what exercises can i do to lose my belly fat and gain muscle. I would like to have abs before fall comes. So what exercises can i do? I was thinking of getting an ab roller does it work? I would be willing to buy equipment if its around $50. Also I would like to get some nice arms.

Obviously doing ab exercises are going to effect the size of your waist but you can do the exercises with out buying any equipment. Crunches are simple but only work on your upper abs and your lower abs are were your gut is. You can use a simple variation to make them a total ab workout. Lay down flat on the ground. Bring your knees in till you feel your lower abs tighten slightly. Then lift your head up slightly and put your hands behind them. Do a normal crunch while you are pushing your knees in. Go back to your normal starting position and repeat. You can do varing amounts of reps but just make sure that you can feel your abs working. Because the lower abs are a muscle you don't work as often as most muscles you may feel sore so take it easy the firsat couple days. Your muscles will get used to it and you will be able to increase your reps soon after. This is how I got my 8 pack along with some other exercises. Everything changes though if you have back problems then you may hurt your back trying most ab exercises. As your arms bicep curls are the way to go. Their are some ways to make them more effective. First off start with a weight you can do 10-15 reps with without stopping. Do your sets while keeping your body still and just moving your biceps in order to isolate the muscle. When you are done with your set quickly move to a 2nd set with as little rest as possible. This time use a smaller weight. As you continue to do this your biceps will be exausted after a while but this is what you want to increase mass. Make sure not to do this to often because if you do then your muslces will be overworked try ever 4 or 5 days or so. The ab exercises you can do as often as you like. Just 2 last things. 1 flex your biceps while doing curls and 2- eat enough protein
