i have a flat stomacch nd when i flex i have a four pack i have only a little fat is i exercise and eat right how long shouldd it tak eme ot get a six or an 8 pack without flexing bye july 7th

Idk. My best bet is like 3 weeks if you exercise the right muscles, and exercise them hard...
