Im 15 and i have what looks like 2 pimples underneath the shaft of my penis. I have had no sexual contact what so ever. Is there something wrong

It is not a STD. It is MOST likely a ingrown hair. What you need to do is put a hot/warm wet washcloth on it, leave there a little while. Then get some tweezers and there probably will be a hair growing from it. Pluck it out. That should resolve it. Oh yeah squeeze the goo out of it.
