When your voice has broken and you can't reach certain notes will you EVER be able to reach them?

Your vocal chords do not fully develop until your mid twenties. Until then your range continues to grow and change. I'm assuming that you're a singer. If this is the case, and you're trying to reach a high note that you were once able to reach, but now you can't, it's possible it might be too high for you to reach after puberty. Then again, you might be able to reach even higher.
