Can i lift weights for the same muscles every workout?

id like to workout my muscles every workout but i heard to give my muscles a good rest at ,least one day, but im not looking for definition just mass

In terms of mass, one of the best exercises is German Volume training. If you google it, you will find a free work out guide. What this does is increase lean muscle mass, and is brutal but is the best way to get what you are looking for. When you work out you are actually tearing muscle and the best way to build is to rest the muscle groups you work, what you need to do is to get on a good program (such as the one I suggested) and work one body area or two at a time with rests in between to allow the muscle to repair itself, if you are that serious you can take creatine monophosphate to help with muscle recovery. Usually there is a loading phase of two to three times a day for the first week and then you drop to once a day after that. Good luck!
