Another 6 pack question.?

I was wondering if it wouldd be able to get a six pack by the end of summer if i really worked for it. I'm not really fat, just a little extra ya kno? My arms have virtually no fat on them and i am pretty strong but I want to be more cut. I dont need the best bod on the beach, just a little bit of deffinition and I have a few rolls i'd like to get rid of. So is this possible by the end of summer? I'm 5'6, 160 lbs (I know that seems like a lot, but i used to carry heavy coolers on the beach so i have an abnormally large amount of leg muscle for my frame which is about medium-large, not sure how to judge but I aint little.) I need to know some good foods and best cardio please!!!

nutrition accounts for 80% of your results so i recommend sticking with balanced meals of carbs (whole grain, fruits or veggies), healthy fats and lean proteins. start lifting weights, this will give the best results in terms of decreasing total body fat percentage. there is no such thing as spot training to rid fat of just one area. go for a 30min jog 3 times a week and get into a weight lifting routine the alternate 3 days a week and by the end of summer you should achieve the look you want.
