Motivation help?!

Motivation help?

I do exercises for my abs daily, but I only did it for few weeks and I quit. I know you need a lot of time and exercise to get abs, but I just can't be motivated and do it daily without quiting. Any tips on how to be motivated and not quit as soon as I start?

well i think that if i miss a day i'll be a day away from getting my six pack the sooner the better. And their is something that pissed me off, and i put my frustration and anger into working out which also helps me very much. And you need to look up to something and just imagine how cool it'll be when you have a six pack and most other guys dont!
