Do you think smoking 1 per day must be gave up?
i often smoke 1 sigaret every day but somtimes i think that,s maight damage my mind or body , but in the other hand i bileave that increase my concentration for studing or another daily actions............
just tell me what i can do now? smoking or giving it up?

guy just give it up why are you even trying to bother with smoking? you are one of those people out there that should just leave it alone if thats all you smoke
