What is the best way to ripped my abs in short time.?


Answers:

I use the thing that i hang from at the gym and touch my stomach with my legs a few times. I also do 300 sit ups during basketball training. I guess you could start off with 50- 80 sit ups a day or twice a day. Crunches would be fine too. It will take a while however but be consistent. Btw, you can try this, lie down but leave ur thighs in mid air. A canteen chair would be good. Lift ur legs up 45 degrees and when it comes down, make sure it's straight. 100s a set so do 3 sets. Basketball coach taught me.
